Wolves 76, Hornets 110

How can a team that scored a season-high 131 points one night struggle to score a season-low 76 just 24 hours later?

But fact is, Wittman feared this might happen, if not to this extent.
His team was shorthanded for the second consecutive game with guards
Marko Jaric and Rashad McCants home nursing the flu. Starting point
guard Sebastian Telfair was coming off a 48-minute stint. And it was
pretty clear pretty early that his legs weren’t there.
He wasn’t alone.

Wolves record: 4-22

Looking sloppy and lethargic, Minnesota turned the ball over 21 times, leading to 32 Hornets points.

The Wolves’ 34-point loss to New Orleans tied for
the ninth-worst loss in franchise history. The worst was a 41-point
defeat at Miami, 113-72, in March 1996.

From the Star Tribune:
7 Turnovers by the Wolves in the first quarter, after which they trailed 30-20.
