Highlights in the Wolves’ local broadcast schedule include both games
against the Boston Celtics and former Timberwolf Kevin Garnett on
KSTC.TV Ch. 45 (Jan. 25 and Feb. 8); both contests against LeBron James
and the Cleveland Cavaliers on KSTC.TV Ch. 45 (Nov. 21 and Feb. 29);
three games against 2007 No. 1 overall draft pick Greg Oden and the
Portland Trail Blazers on FSN North (Dec. 28, Jan. 2 and March 11); and
three games against the defending NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs (Nov.
30 and Jan. 12 on KSTC.TV Ch. 45 and Feb. 21 on FSN North). 

The Wolves preseason exhibition against the Celtics in London will be broadcast on ESPN 2.  

 
 
According to Jimmy Golen/AP Sports, Phil Jackson was hoping to add Garnett to the Lakers roster.
"We lost out on the Kevin Garnett sweepstakes," Jackson lamented Friday after a ceremony to receive his
Hall of Fame blazer. "Red Auerbach came out of the grave and told Kevin
(McHale) to give him to the Celtics."

The Bucks could also be interested in Troy Hudson, a veteran combo guard who is also unsigned. However, Hudson, who played for Minnesota last season, isn’t likely to be content in a backup role behind point guard Maurice Williams or shooting guard Michael Redd.
