Jim Petersen/Timberwolves site declared the Wolves one of this summer’s "winners":
No team transformed themselves more during this offseason than the
Minnesota Timberwolves. Here is the short list of accomplishments: They
cleaned up their salary cap (Marko Jaric contract), their locker room
(Antoine Walker), signed their own free agents responsibly (Craig
Smith, Sebastian Telfair, Ryan Gomes), traded for one of the best
shooters in the NBA (Mike Miller), and obtained the best big man in the
2008 draft (Kevin Love). They can easily win 15-20 more games this
season.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have sold out Club Cambria for the second time in its five-year history.

The Wolves sold all 120 memberships for the 2008-09 season at about
$4,300 each. The memberships include plush seating in the suite-level
lounge for all Timberwolves and Lynx games, free parking, a pregame
buffet, unlimited beer and wine, an exclusive concierge service and a
free family membership to Life Time Fitness…

Meanwhile, Wolves officials expect season-ticket sales to remain flat at about 7,000 this year.
