FSN has the transcript of last night’s live chat with David Kahn.
Wolves coach Kurt Rambis was not surprised Love missed his second consecutive game.
“He looked lethargic and tired in the shootaround,” Rambis said of Love. “He was OK, but he didn’t look very good. He didn’t have a lot of energy.”
Love was diagnosed with strep throat after Sunday’s practice and did not play in the Wolves’ overtime win over Philadelphia on Monday afternoon. The illness is similar to the condition that sidelined backup forward Ryan Hollins for six games and kept him away from the team for two weeks.
Love doesn’t believe he will be out that long.
Wolves rookie Jonny Flynn played Wednesday with his left eye still slightly swollen after he hit his face on the court late in Monday’s victory.
Also from Zgoda:
Wolves owner Glen Taylor embraced Thunder guard Kevin Ollie, who played for the Wolves last season, during a heartfelt conversation before the start of Wednesday’s third quarter.

Rapidly improving. December was a career best month, and he’s been even better in January. Did not shoot well the other day, but made huge plays for them down the stretch to win that game. Can be a terrific defender in time.
