Oh. my. goodness.  I have been saying for years that the Denver Nuggets were just a huge group of classless thugs.  For those of you who were on the fence regarding this issue, I rest my case after tonight.  If the gigantic brawl that took place in Madison Square Garden wasn’t proof enough, I don’t know what was.  To deny this fact now would prove that you’re as ignorant as those who say the holocaust is a myth and Neil Armstrong never landed on the moon.

Anybody surprised that the Thuggets were involved in a huge brawl? Anybody? [image2]

I seriously hope Allen Iverson doesn’t go to the Thuggets, for his sake.  If I were A.I. right now, I’d be on my phone with my agent and telling him to do everything in his power to keep me out of Denver.  Send me to Charlotte.  Send me to Toronto.  But please, please don’t send me to the Nuggets.  A.I. is one of those players who will either go down as a self-centered thug or a one-of-a-kind warrior.  If Iverson goes to Denver, it will permanently cement his place in history as the former.  Can you image how quickly that situation would spiral downward?

I personally thought the funniest part of the incident was when Carmela Anthony (no, that’s not a typo) threw a sissy slap punch at one of the Knicks and then proceeded to run away with his arms flailing like a school girl when two of them chased after him.  High comedy.  It was the funniest thing to happen this season, even beating out Marko’s Jersey Incident.
